- Monday to Friday same day delivery to those situated within 15km of Kill, Co.Kildare
Please note that shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country. GrushieStyle.com has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
All items are carefully wrapped and sent via An Post or Courier Service and signature upon delivery may be required.
Returns
We offer free returns within Ireland only in the case of your goods being incorrect, damaged or faulty, provided that the following requirements are met:
- Items must be in an unused/ original condition
- Items labels must be intact
- Postage costs for the items which are to be returned must be produced by sender but will be reimbursed if faulty
- An appropriate, secure postage service which ensures you have written proof of postage must be used
- An e-mail must be sent the day you receive the item to grushiestyle@hotmail.com to inform us the reason for return
Delivery costs can only be refunded for items which are incorrect, damaged or faulty. Once the item is received we will complete the returns process.
Please ensure you include the reasons for refund/ exchange in your e-mail as this will enable us to complete this transaction as quickly and simply as possible.
We must receive the return within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will then be credited to the original payment method you used to purchase the item/s, however please note it may take 7-10 days to show up on any statements or your account.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size unfortunately we cannot offer free returns but the money for the items will be refunded to the original payment method.
